I personally like it. But you're going to have a scar no matter what. It's a hole in your face, its going to leave a mark lol. If you just got it done, I'd wait a few weeks before you decide. You are probably swollen (it might not be noticeable but usually people swell for a good 2 months) and sometimes when the swelling fully goes down it might make a difference on how it sits.
You could also look at other jewelry, I personally liked smaller jewels on me so I got the smallest available at my piercing shop once my piercing was healed. I didn't realize how much of a difference the size makes when it's just a few millimetres.

I came back to this to say just what Alex said! Regardless of how long it's in, it WILL leave a mark, because it is a hole that was punctured through the skin lol. I also agree with waiting a little bit and seeing if YOU like it and are comfortable with it, after all not everyone will agree with what you decide to do with yourself so better to make yourself happy rather than everyone else :)

It doesn't look bad but it doesn't look great either. If you feel like you don't love it and you're going to eventually get tired of it, take it out, but if you really really like it and it makes you feel awesome about yourself, leave it in.

Personally, I'm not a fan of Monroe piercings In the first place, but like some other ladies said, it will leave a mark whether you take it out now or later, so, I'd just leave it in and see if you grow to like it or not
