Hi!!
This is probably a very weird thing, but I have had this mole on my cheek as long as I can remember and I used to hate it... A few years ago it got infected and it kind of disappeared and reappeared a few days later, bit a little lighter. Right now the problem is that I kind of scratched it the other day and there was a scab, so today I accidentally scratched it off and I'm afraid my mole will be gone :'( this might sound very superficial and strange but it kind of has good memories so I kind of really like it now.. Is there any way I can make it reappear??

I don't think you can force a mole to grow back.. The only solution I can think of is for you to draw one on with eyeliner or something..

It shouldn't be gone. Typically a mole/freckle is from to much sun exposure so it is basically a spot on the skin that is showing sun damage/excess sun exposure. It should still be there

Also I just scratched off the upper layer of skin, and it didn't bleed or anything...

I scratched off a chicken pox scar and it regrew. Multiple times. You never know.

That doesn't sound too good, I'd reeeeally suggest going to a dermatologist to make sure its not melanoma or anything else bad, usually birthmarks/moles etc.shouldn't be changing too much, so I'd go just to make sure.

The mole got infected because I had scratched it very much and the bacteria from my nails and hands got in the "wound" it became bigger and bigger and my mum took me to the doctor, they looked at it and told us it was just bacteria and they had put a special kind of plaster on it. Now I only scratched the upper layer of the skin so there was no bleeding like I had the first time... It just got a scab and I accidentally scratched it and it looks like my mole is gone...

It will probably grow back. One morning when I awoke I found the top of my beauty mark on my pillow. I panicked and called a dermatologist and she said it would probably grow back and it did. You don't have to worry as long as it doesn't get infected it should grow back.

Um I have moles and beauty marks that I was born with... It doesn't always have to do with sun exposure... Some people just have them (like cindy Crawford) I don't think it's completely gone since it's grown back before - maybe give it time n it will grow back - if nothing else you can draw it in maybe :P.

My ex has a mole on his chin. He use to cut it every time he would shave, a few times he cut it off completely ( on purpose). It always would come back, it might take up to a few months, but it will come back.

Moles aren't always from the sun, but existing moles can become cancerous. Even ones that have been there for years ^^^

I agree with Stephanie!! I had 5 moles removed two on my back three ob my chest. I was born with them and they were always fine. Went to get one removed just because of placement (my bra was always rubbing it and it would hurt) well he saw all 5 and suggested removing them all, well two (not even the one I inquired about) were cancerous!! So go get it looked at anyway! And it has a root, for it to become gone completely it'll have to be cut and dug out not just surface removed...
