You may also want to drink Green tea with a bit of time ric in it, which reduces inflamation...and then soak the used bag on the lump. I agree ice should also help as should taking aspirin...another anti-inflation remedy.

Hi. I was on a ride and my bag hit me in the face over and over again. I've got a MASSIVE lump on my face!! Any help would be nice to get rid of it!! Help ps it doesn't show up on camera.
