I love to use black eyeliner on the waterline because i think it is pretty but I hard it is bad for your eyes any suggestions ?

As long as you don't notice black IN your eyes or your eyes aren't irritated you should be fine. Stick to a pencil or thick gel, because liquid is more likely to run into your eye.
