There's face washes that claim to keep you matte, as well as moisturizers, I haven't tried them though.. Otherwise, you can at least dust your face with some translucent powder :) and then use blotting sheets throughout the day!

R T has it down to the point! I would just take 2 seconds to dust some powder across where you're oily (I prefer loose translucent, but you could totally even go for a colored one and you can have just a tad bit of coverage)

Dermadoctor Ain't Misbehavin is a mattifying cleanser, it works great. You can also try a mattifying primer like rimmel stay matte.

The body shop has a mattifying day lotion on their seaweed line. I have heard great things about it, but it WAY dried out my skin.
