It really depends on which palettes you are thinking off, that your preference is, what your budget is, what you want the palette to do? Definitely specify what your looking for ;)

Quality wise I like urban decays shqdows more but for every day use I would go with too faced just cuz there palettes have a little more variety in my opinion

I love Urban decay palettes, I have about 5 or 6 now, and plan on getting more... I love the formulas for their shadows! I personally also think you should check out Lorac palettes, I now own several of their palettes and Oh love them. I actually used their Skinny Palette in Nude today!!:)
