Okay so if you are looking into extensions I would go with clip in for sure, they can be a little bit of a hassle in the morning but so so so much less damaging! DONT get any kind of glue extensions! I also had micro bead extensions and they both took out handfuls of hair!! I know this doesn't happen to everyone..... but I can't personally recommend those type!
If your looking for a cut I would go with some long layers and framing around your face to lighten it up some
I would also get just a couple small random lowlights for some dimension and maybe a slightly darker blonde or really light brown for a shadow :-)
