How to do your makeup faster? Tips? ☺️

Just wondering if any of you girls have tips for doing faster makeup? I always find myself getting carried away while doing one thing, and by the time I realize it its been like 20 minutes and I've only done my eyes! Lol thanks in advance! :)

I've heard setting out the makeup you're going to use in order helps. also I wouldn't have my phone near me:)

I've gotten better with practice definitely. What use to take me 30 minutes I can now get done in 10-15. Also you can cut some things out to save time.

To cut back on my foundation routine, which lasted 20 minutes, I started mixing everything up. Instead of moisturizing, priming, then applying my foundation, I just mixed those three things up in my hands then buffed it into my skin. It saves like 15 minutes because I'm not stuck letting everything dry and set.

My makeup used to take along time and then I sat down and decided what I MUST put on every day and what I WANT to put on. Now it takes me like 5 min to look great! Btw, if you have a certain style you use every day, you will get used to it and it will take faster. Remember , hase makes waste.

I like to set the makeup out that I'm going to wear or limit myself, for example only using 5 products. Only do the makeup which is neccessary and save the makeup you want to wear for a day where you have more time, or you don't want to limit yourself

I agree with Alex. I use liquid foundation every day but I love taking a long time with my makeup, but days I want to sleep in before work I do foundation, udpp in sin or a mac paint pot, sometimes some more eyeshadow or I'll leave it like that, I apply a warm toned nude blush that warms my face up, powder highlighter, mascara, brows and a bold lip. it's quicker to do a lipstick than an intricate eye look but I still look put together.

I love playing around with eyeshadow but lately I love the look of a flawless face with my brows filled in, a creamy champagne color all over my lid, full lashes & a bold lip whether it's dark purple, hot pink or bright coral. & I agree If you have a set look that you love & works for you it'll take a lot less time the more you do it.
