If you apply a base coat before painting nails and a top coat after painting your nails it helps protect them, meaning it stops them from becoming as damaged! Sometimes rubbing a damp cloth on your nails after removing nail varnish stops then from going yellow! Hope this helped :)

Yay! I love answering nail questions:)
If your nail are yellow then you can make a mixture of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide and if you want then you can also add a little bit of a whitening toothpaste. Then taking a nail scrubber or a toothbrush (that you won't use for your teeth after😂) and start scrubbing your nail with the mixture, one your done, pat dry them with a towel and you can also slightly buff them with a buffer block to get rid of that top yellow layer on the nail, but don't do this too often. And finish by moisturizing your nails. I've tried this and it works for me every time😄

The same thing happened to me.. I couldn't do anything about it but the most IMPORTANT thing is to put a base coat and a top coat to protect your nails and you polish 👍

So just remember next time and if you did put a base coat , 9 out of 10 it's the polish.
