I second (third) Inglot. So many choices and the palette quality is the best you can get I think. You also get a TON of product for $7. The rainbow shadows are $9 and you get three shades. I also really like L'oreal Infallible 24 hour eye shadow. You can get them at the drugstore and they are $7 each. The pigmentation is fantastic, they go on smooth and outlast anything I've put on my eyes before.
