Depends what the weather will be like were your going. Some basic things I think are important when traveling are: toiletries, makeup bag, your skin care items hand sanitizer, hair styling products, phone, ID, $, sunscreen, clothes (skinny jeans, comfy shoes, tops, cardigan.) again clothes depend on we're your going. (:

Just don't take too much stuff. From my experience, I don't wear even a half of all that cloths I wanted to take. And also it is better to take things, which are not heavy (like some jeans) and something that's not too delicate.

I don't take a heavy baggage because it creates more discomfort. Walk with free hands is my theory and it is the perfect way to enjoy the trip and the beauty of the places. Wear most comfortable outfits.
