Personally I like the Benefit Gimme Brow, it's really subtle but definitely adds some fullness to your brows without making them look unnatural.

It cosmetics universal brow filler. Beyond easy. I just brush off any foundation from the Brows, fill it in with the pencil varying pressure based on my desired darkness, then brush out. They have a universal taupe Color that takes the guesswork out of choosing the most flattering color.
