I find myself staring at my old tunnels and plugs far too often, it's almost like I feel like a different person without my lobes stretched. Should I stretch them again? I was at 22mm (will post a picture of a plug so you get an idea) then will post a picture of what currently goes in my ears so you girls can help me decide if I should just suck up the pain and go through with it again. I'm pretty sure it's the smaller sizes that're throwing me off doing it again as I've always preferred bigger ones lol but obviously have to start somewhere. What do you girls think? What would you girls do? :)

Picture of my old plugs. Excuse the flesh colour, had to use them for work lol.

Yesssss. Lol. I had mine done, let them close, and went right back to stretching after a few months. They just become a part of you, lmao. Really though, I love my stretched lobes

And a picture of myself and my current earring situation, I'm always wearing bigger sized earrings to hide that I've had my ears stretched haha. :)

Dude Renay, I know what you mean lol. I can't look at my old plugs and stuff without feeling like I'm missing a part of me haha! Did it hurt more the second time around? I'm pretty certain I can still get 6mms in but they get so tender lol, I guess I'm nervous how my ears will react like scar tissue, etc.

I love how you look now (:

Hmm...I had no problems. It honestly didn't even hurt much, definitely not as bad as the second time. My ears didn't fully close so I easily got an 8g in right away (If I remember)

I love earrings like you have on now. However I think that plugs (aren't they called gauges too?) look so freaking gorgeous, I'm far too scarred to do it. Lol.

Yes they're called gauges too @ Shanae, I think it's just cause I'm from australia we call them stretchers here lol. The gauge is actually the size of the jewewllry. :) thank you! 💜

@ Renay, alright that's encouraging. :) I can still get 6's in so I'll go buy some tiny plugs and work from there I think. Thanks girl! I hate small sizes on me though haha._.

I'm having this issue as well. I have big holes just hanging out but I don't wanna put little ones back in. I say go for it.

Hahah I do too and also had no problems until I slept on my ear the wrong way lmao._.

I actually prefer the small ones, only cause it looks like hell when you take the big ones out and have this huge gaping loose hole hanging down lol. some ppl at my work had them and have to take them out when going on the floor and it looks awful. I think the small ones are so pretty though...but then again, I'm sure there are people who hate the way I look as well. to each their own but I really love smaller ones:-) but I think if you want them to do it..you only live once. your just wasting time sittin around thinking about it.

Sure go for it! I personally like smaller ones but hey do you haha I think you'll look good with them :)

I like them the way they are now but if you love them and feel like they are just you and feel like your missing something without them then go for it!!

Aw thanks so much you girls, I think when I'm out next I'll buy some 6-8mm plugs and see how I go! ☺️

@ Zoey, lol what Renay said now I'm even more tempted 🙈

why do this?

Jan 5, 2015

Rissa G.

Why not?

@Yaya, it's a style that's very popular, if you don't agree with it, you don't have to be so degrading about it, just simply state that you think she shouldn't do it, as she asked for opinions not rude comments.

What Renay said, why not? :)

I personally don't care for negative opinions, I'm not close minded though so I understand it may not be your cup of tea; however it is mine.

I don't see how I was rude at all just expressing my opinion...I personally hate that look and don't think its flattering at all.
