Hope all doing well. I have a very important interview tomorrow. (Office environment) I would normally know how to dress however this time the problem is it's completely full of snow outside and freezing. Pencil skirt is probably not a good idea since it's so cold. I want to look professional but not sure how with this weather. Any help is greatly appreciated (:

I had an interview a while back, in similar weather conditions, and I wore a dress with tights and black heeled ankle boots. If not, try a trouser suit and on the way there, wear boots and then change in to heels or something? Good luck x

A knee length dress and thick nice knit tights. if you must wear a skirt same thing. if you have rain or winter boots wear those to travel in and switch outside.

Try straight pants with leggings underneath ( so they're not showing) with some cute boots. Pair it with a turtle neck or sweater and top it with a blazer!

Before starting in makeup, I worked for a large consulting company that did work all over the You.S. My mentor/boss told me that no matter the job, always wear a pants suit (I'm sure a skirt and blazer count) no matter what. She also suggested pointy toed shoes due to some survey about the subconscious psychological implication or some such business. And this part isn't about clothes but as I watched her interview, she would always listen to the interviewees footsteps as they approached her office. She liked to hear quick footsteps as she felt it indicated enthusiasm. Some of this may sound uptight or weird, but with such a large successful company they must be doing something right.
