So I bought this foundation when I was trying to explore new foundations. It was between that and Nars sheer glow foundation, but I just loved the smooth coverage of the Marc Jacobs. Well I broke out, but was in huge denial that it was because of the foundations so I continued using it. WELL it's only getting worse!! So I stopped using it. I was just wondering if anyone else has tried this particular foundation? I've never had that happen to me before and I'm just super bummed because I love it and it was pricey! Lol.

I haven't tried it. I have been using Pixie H20 Skin tint which is a gel as well. It doesn't break me out, thankfully, I really like it.
I would return it, if it broke you out. If a product doesn't work for you should go back to the store and politely demand your money back. If you bought it online you should be able to find some customer service representatives to help. A lot of times makeup companies will do returns if you write negative reviews on their products, but that should be a last resort.

I bought it at sephora, but I heard they don't take returns after 60 days. And I've used a lot of it so I don't know if that would be worth it! Lol. I guess it wouldn't hurt to try though. Thank you, Jenny!

In my experience, Sephora will pretty much take anything back, you don't even need a receipt, although they will asked for your ID if you don't have one. They're pretty lenient, and if you have more than half the bottle left (maybe even a little less) you can totally return it haha.
But actually I just tried a sample of this the other day and I'm actually breaking out suddenly too...it could just be a coincidence (it's been really cold lately and that always makes my acne act up) but I guess it could have been the foundation too hmm...

Oh no! Hmm well that's super unfortunate :( I'm going to try to return it! I haven't broke out like this since I was 14! Lol
