You can clean up your wing with concealer or put down tape before doing your wing to make it perfect and crisp. I wouldn't suggest tape, though, as it'll pull on the sensitive and thin skin around the eye.

Yeah I have used tape but I prefer using concealer. That eyeliner looks like the way Jaclyn Hill does hers so I suggest watching her tutorial :)
