It'll do damage, yes, but I think the minimum amount of time dye should be on the head is 20 minutes, it'll probably do the job in that 20 minutes, so probably not much damage.

Any dye would damage your hair slightly. Get a really good deep conditioner/ mask and apply it right after you wash out the dye and your hair will be fine.

Everyone's hair is different, just because one person didn't have much damage doesn't mean you won't, and just because someone had a lot of damage doesn't mean you will. But damage is a sure thing when dying hair.

Coloring your hair isn't going to damage it. Bleaching, stripping/lifting, things of that sort do.

Because that color is lighter than your hair (assuming by your profile picture) you'll need to lighten it before you deposit the color. Unless your hair is virgin.
