Any recommendations on the two? So far, Wen is making my hair feel healthier.

Uhm neither? I'm not exactly sure what liquid keratin is but judging from the website it's another ploy to make money just like wen. too much keratin is actually bad for your hair. it can cause it to be brittle and dry. wen is basically full of crap. I know people say they like it but from a professionals opinon, this stuff does nothing but leave major build up on your hair (and hair folicle). if your going to spend that much money on a hair product then go for a more trusted brand like Pureology.

According to every hair professional I've spoken with, Kelly included, strongly advise not using either. I use Joico protein treatment but only once a week tops. It dry your hair out badly. Don't get me started on Wen. Read a few reviews...like where people are freaking out bc their hair is coming out in clumps!!
