Ladies, any ideas on how to feet this curl pattern?? I have tried at home with my curling iron and my curls look more like Shirley temples! Ugh... Any help is appreciated!!

It looks like a wide barrel curl, and she tossled the curls to make them looser? Probably flipped her head over after heat curling and lightly picked or combed through :)
