CeraVe or Aquaphor?

My skin has been soooo dry and flakey lately and my Aveeno moisturizer just isn't cutting it. That being said, I've been looking into some moisturizers, and I narrowed it down to two; aquaphor and cerave. So, which moisturizer is your favorite? ( Or any other heavy duty moisturizers you recommend)

My daughters skin is extremely dry and flakey, she used every moisturizer possible and the one that has really worked for her is the Cerave.
