I have eczema and my face tends to get red in patches.
If you have any suggestions on how to manage this, please share.

I just started getting it on my face aswell. Its been a few months. At times it gets blood red and it super itchy. My dermatologist prescribed a low-cortisone cream to deal with redness and itchiness and it really helps. Anything else was just worsening and irritating it. I really suggest you get a medicated cream! It goes away really fast too:)
