I have very *dry* skin and it was great (just didn't have my color), so I don't think it will work very well with oily skin.

I have normal to oily, acne-prone skin and I love love love it
I mix the L'Oreal true match to get the perfect colour and it's great! It stays all day, photographs well, and doesn't cake up on me.
It is way more full coverage though, so if you're looking for something that looks more natural I wouldn't recommend it.
