Definitely agree on the Lorac pro palettes I have both and they're everything you'll need. I haven't touched any of my naked palettes since I've had them.

Lorac Pro palettes! The first is warm toned, the second is cool toned, and both include a row of mattes and a row of shimmers. They have neutral shades with a few fun colors thrown in as well. They're $42 if I remember correctly (:
