If the primer contains SPF that's most likely the reason.

I'd ask Jaqueline, if I remember correctly SPF in products have nothing to do with the white flashback you get whilst taking pictures.

Yeah I remember Miss J's post too. it's definitely not spf but I think something called mica. see if that's an ingredient in anything you're wearing.

I've noticed also that sometimes when you have a protective case on your phone and your taking a picture since the case sets the camera lens in a little more you also get a white cast...the flash bounces off the case... if you do have a case on your phone try taking it off and take a picture... might not be your makeup at all.
