Hey all! I have a dress that's covered with silver bearings and a red tulle..I don't know what make up to wear with it. Any ideas? Thanks :D!

Well, it all depends on what you have, your personal taste and the occasion. Perhaps you could wear a red lip that matches the tulle. What's the occasion? What eyeshadows/liners do you own?

It's for a prom party. I'm also clueless about what colors for the eye shadow should I use.

You could do something different and actually put rhinestones on your lashline, or those false lashes that already have rhinestones on them. As for eyeshadow, you could do anything really. You could try a pop of color. I could help if you showed me your eyeshadows or told me what colors you have so I know what you're working with:)
