If ur a Highschool or college student then u are fine.
I don't think there's a school policy for makeup. As long as ur going to class and not being a disruptive student.

If its over the top then its over the top... regardless of how long it takes to do it. I mean a bit of glitzy nail polish or gloss isn't too bad but glitter eye make up is a bit much for school. most schools would have some kind of policy regarding dress and what's acceptable, every school I've been to has, covering things like clothes, acceptable hair styles, jewellery, piercings etc

It was just an opinion. If she's in college she can wear whatever she wants. There wasnt a strict policy when I was in college. But yea every school is different.
