And there was minor cuts on my other fingers and I know my cuticles aren't even bad because I always have them pushed back. And plus I have never had dramatic cuticles. So I don't understand why she filed them so much.

Definitely put some neosporin on them and I would go back and complain and get my money back. A nail technician should never cut you, especially multiple times on multiple fingers.

I agree with Alexis. ^ Some really bad bacteria could've got all up in your cuts and stuff... ouch! Definitely complain.

I had my fingers super beat up from a nail technician once back when I used to get acrylics and I didn't pay for them, even my mom got her manicure for free because I was so upset and in so much pain from their nail tech. As I said, she shouldn't have cut you at all so go get your money back.

That's horrible, if I called a nail salon and they didn't believe me I'd be even more furious. I hope you get your money back and find a much better place!
