Going to a convention. What is appropriate business attire and where would be a good place to shop with affordable prices?

Okay so this is obviously a different kind of convention, but jehovahs wittnesses have a three day convention, and we wear business appropriate styles, but skirts no pants. I buy all my "meeting/service" clothes from value village honestly. You get brand name pieces, for just a fraction of the price. Look for neutral colors with a few bold pieces. Dress pants or skirts, button down french cuff shirts, long sleeve blazers, short if your inside and its warm, cardigans, soft tees, chunky belts and skinny belts and just above (but best to be knee) dress.
