I think the bow could have a slightly neater application as you can see the glue and the cross would be better (more noticeable) in a different colour. But I love the concept as a whole and the chevron is really well done!

Sorry I wasnt sure what it was as I've never used 3D nail accents. You could use nail scissors to cut the base a little to make it the shape of the bow:)
