My mum said that a good quality base and top coat will make a difference to the polish. Is that true? I am using a very old very bad quality base and top coat. Would getting a new one make a difference?

Yes, moms know best (: I live seche Vite. I can use any polish and with this base and top coat my manicure will last longer :)

Yes its very true. Seche vite is good as Ivette mentioned but I also enjoy revlon base and too coat!
