I am not makeup-savvy, so be gentle with me, lmao

What is this stuff exactly? It sounds like a regular lotion with mattifying perks to me. I don't wash off regular lotion (moisturizer), but I know to wash off bb creams and that kind of thing. Is this something that would be bad for my skin if I don't wash it off? The box tells me nothing about what it is!

I think it's a moisturizer..do they have directions anywhere on the box

I think it's like a moisturizer that reduces shine and mattifys not sure though

Even that Google search doesn't tell me what it is! Lmao, I just don't know what it is!... What does a primer without other makeup do?

I think kiimy is right it's a primer so you could put it on after your moisturizer to mattify shine and reduce pores before foundation or powder or whatever you use. If used by itself it probably won't really cover anything but it will reduce shine if you have oily skin and blur pores. I'm not sure how well it works I've never used it but this would be my guess of what it's supposed to do.
