So I got my Lorac pro palette last night (the first one) and I was searching colors. I don't feel like I was pressing very hard at all on the different colors, but there so soft to the point where I messed up one of my favorite colors. They're also extremely powdery. Does anyone else have this issue? Could I have gotten a fault-y palette?

I haven't had anything break or crumble but they ARE very soft. You might have just pressed too hard. But if you don't think it was user error you may be able to exchange it!

I'll show you a pic of what it did. I'm just thankful the pan didn't show through.

The shadows are very soft but they aren't soft to the point of breaking/messing up. At least not for me. Powdery? Yes. But I feel like certain brushes I use cause more or less kick up. I agree with Kailey maybe you were pressing a little to hard? If not I'd go exchange it.

What brushes do you use Jocelyn? I'm using a brush similar to the sigma E25 but it's by coastal scents.

Yeah my palette is not like that. I'd go exchanve it if you can! I use it cosmetics brushes. They are amazing!

My palette isn't like that either so I agree with Jocelyne to see about exchanging it. You really only need to use light pressure since the colors are so pigmented and a little powdery if you press or rub them too hard.

I don't have this palette but I do have others and to me just like the ladies said it looks like you pressed a bit to hard

I rub mine too hard sometimes and they look like that with like little holes but it's not like it does anything to the quality of the shadow.
