The Sigma Creme de Couture palette? I didn't know about this when it was sold. I really want some matte pastel shades like the ones from this palette! Price isn't an issue, I just want to find some shades similar to these!

Also, there is the Sugarpill palette but it only has 4 shades, as beautiful as they are!

You should look into the new colourpop eyeshadow shades. I believe they are releasing lots of pastels for spring :) super cheap & super pigmented!

I would do the sugar pill sparkle baby palette or look into mufe shadows they might have the colors
