Fragrance is actually an irritant! Are you using any heavily fragranced products?

Weirdly enough, your body changes every three years or so. I never had a single allergy, and then a few years ago I suddenly developed seasonal allergies out of nowhere. It's perfectly normal for our bodies to change that way, though it can be annoying and confusing. Be more careful around things that contain added fragrance and such, which can irritate sensitive skin.

It looks quite dry maybe it could be eczema? I'd put some e45 cream on it daily if that's the case.

I'd have to agree with hannah. I used to be allergic to bananas and now I can eat them with absolutely no issue. Your body just changes!

Every few years your body changes. I used to not be allergic to anything and one day in high school my friend threw grass at me and I got this massive itchy red rash on my chest and ever since then I've gotten that rash like once a year in the same spot for no reason. I've also become insanely sensitive to perfume which came to the point where I can't wear any. I became allergic to practically every hair product except for Aveeno. And now I'm very sensitive to many skincare products. It sucks but you have to find what works for you. For laundry detergent I use Tide Free and Gentle (The one in the white box) it contains no perfumes or colorants. For skincare I enjoey brands such as Aveeno, Simple Skincare, and Avene. Try to find products that are specifically made for sensitive skin.

Yeah start being careful with detergents and fragrances. I had to cut most that stuff out of my life and it's helped.
