Foundation blending problems!

Hey guys I have Maybelline dream liquid mousse foundations and I love it and it gives me full coverage and it was at a good price, but do you have any ideas for blending it in? I don't want my face to look cakey or orange or a totally diffrent color then the rest of body. thank you!!
