From my understanding this product is for acne scars. I don't think your suppose to use it on current acne. I haven't tried it because it scares me. Haha.

From what I've heard from others people experience, it isn't painful.
I feel like I'm the only one who doesn't think it looks painful either lol

I don't think it's meant to be used by people who don't know what they're doing, from what I know it should only be used by professionals onto clients (like doctors, dermatologists, etc)

I really wouldn't use it if you have spots as the needles would go in the spots and might get infection puss or other spot gunk on them then you'll roll it on too another part of your face so it might just really spread your spots and make them worse.

This product is for scars. If you have active, reoccurring acne it'll only spread the bacteria on your face and cause even more.
