I have had acne since I was about 12 or 13 I'm 16 now and absolutely tired of it! I have pretty oily skin and my face usually has blemishes on it. I wash my face 2x a day which temporarily gets rid of the acne. I just learned about this product called the Dermaroller. Its supposed to prick the outer layer of skin so that the skin automatically replenishes itself. Do you believe this actually works? I have acne scars myself so I want to give it a try!

I've heard of it, and it sounds really great... But you aren't supposed to use it on acne 😕

From my understanding this product is for acne scars. I don't think your suppose to use it on current acne. I haven't tried it because it scares me. Haha.

Are the products you using for your skin type? Do you exfoliate? Have you seen a dermatologist?

From what I've heard from others people experience, it isn't painful.
I feel like I'm the only one who doesn't think it looks painful either lol

I don't think it's meant to be used by people who don't know what they're doing, from what I know it should only be used by professionals onto clients (like doctors, dermatologists, etc)

I don't know but I am literally scared of that thing!! I would use the body shop tea tree (reviewed in my account) :)

I really wouldn't use it if you have spots as the needles would go in the spots and might get infection puss or other spot gunk on them then you'll roll it on too another part of your face so it might just really spread your spots and make them worse.

This product is for scars. If you have active, reoccurring acne it'll only spread the bacteria on your face and cause even more.
