You have to be very carefull with them bc misuse can cause more damage than good. But I would ask Traci, she would know more this.

I have done it. on myself and clients , I don't recommend doing yourself , it's best done my a professional ,if it's done too hard or to often you can damage your skin , break the skin or cause hyperpigmentation and irritated skin, and you have to be careful with what you put on after if it has alpha hydroxy acid or alcohol, or any strong ingredients it will burn and lead to further skin issues.
