The banana peel takes awhile to work and it's not at all harmful. But baking soda and harsh chemicals are. I suggest the 5 minute whitening kit from a drugstore and a simple whitening toothpaste.

Take orange oil and rub it on your teeth. I would suggest using the young living brand.
