Okay, so recently I'v been breaking out like crazy. I had completely clear skin for about a whole year with the exception of a few pimples here and there up until around November. I started breaking out around my bottom lip, then around my forehead, and within the last week I'v got a pimple in the corner of my mouth and one on my top lip. I don't know what's happening. It just keeps getting worse and worse. I just want to cry ðŸ˜ðŸ˜© can anyone please help me? My skin is prone to breakouts now and it's been really dry and even oily on my nose. Any suggestion help. Thank you! 💕

Have you started using new products or changed your routine? Any changes in your diet? Have you been under stress? Started any new medications?
Sorry for all the questions but changes in your skin can be caused by quite a few factors!

Nope! If anything I switched from Nozema to First Aid Beauty in the beginning of January because I was sick of the breakouts and it just made it even worse.

By spots on your lips do you literally mean on your lips or on your skin? If you are having spots on your lip they may be cold saws in which case make sure you don't touch them and then touch another part of your face don't try to pop them or pick them just keep your lips clean and wait for them to heal. Also spots around the mouth could mean problems with digestion so try eating some more fibre foods such as fruits an veg hopefully that might work! Goodluck

Oh p.s spots on the forehead are also sometimes caused by poor digestion so really try and get some fibre in you!

I use syncare products. This is a dermatology line with unparfumed products. They are specialist on acne prone skin. Try having a look at them. Maybe your skin changed. Skin constantly is changing. There might be more reasons that your skin changed. It might be because of hormones, periods, weather or any other factors in your environment. You might also be sick few weeks ago and that my cause
your skin to break out :)

If your skin started acting up, it might be because of cold weather? My skin gets very dry but acne prone in the winter for some reason. When my skin starts acting crazy I like to go back to basic products. I use Cetaphil cleanser (on a Clarisonic), which is gentle yet effective, witch hazel toner and tea tree oil on my spots. Eventually I add in more products and see what's working for me. A good moisturizer is important too. I tend to change it up and use a lighter one for the day and thicker one for night. I know there are a lot of good reviews on First Aid Beauty but I also heard it breaks some people out like crazy. I use the moisturizer occasionally at night, but I find if I use it more regularly it clogs my pores.
