So I narrowed it down to two outfits for my maternity pictures tomorrow, a pink dress, and then a crop top and maxi skirt. My question is, should I add a blazer or keep it without?

With the blazer unless you have a more natural basic nude or white colour crop top so it all looks more natural. If your trying to show off the belly why not maybe wear a bikini top? Just looks more natural than a pregnant lady wearing a crop too if you know what I mean. Anyway congratulations!
