Next Wednesday I am going to a Interview for Macy's beauty adviser for Dior. I need help on outfit, hair, makeup I never be to a interview before for a company big as Macy's/Bloomingdales.

When I had my interview as a beauty advisor for Estée Lauder, I personally went light. I straightened my hair and parted it down the middle, very sleek like. I focused more if my skin rather than the makeup, but did go with lots of mascara, an inner corner highlight, and lightly defined brows. I just wore a slightly tinted lip balm. As for my outfit, I wore dress pants, a chiffon long sleeve, minimal gold jewelry, and not too high of heels.

I just say stay light and fresh, sleek hair (bun, straight, soft curls, whatever), and business casual attire since you're more than likely going to be required to wear all black anyways as a beauty advisor.

People will probably tell you to "show off your makeup skills" but you steered clear of that because while it is appropriate for a makeup job, I still think first impressions are the best and coming off as light and approachable is better.

Dress exactly like you would if you had the job. I had three interviews with Chanel when I applied to be a beauty advisor for them at Macy's, and I dressed in their dress code, which was very much appreciated.

I agree with Renay 100%! Look professional and presentable and definitely go easy and simple on the makeup (:
