I am taking a 19 hour train to new York what would you wear and what would take in your carry on bag.

Things that I always carry in my carry on bag:
- A small makeup bag (bb cream, a cream eyeshadow, a mascara, eyeliner and a few other basics)
- A hairbrush
- A book
- My phone (duh)
- My headphones (cause without music, trains and planes can get pretty boring)
- My laptop/iPad with ore downloaded episodes or movies
- Breakfast bars
- Facial wipes
- A small medicine bag
- A change of clothes (just incase)

Oh my god, I can't seem to think of anything else!

Adding to Mabelles list

- Moisturiser
- Bottles of water
- Sanitary towels/tampons

Wearing wise, I'd wear something very comfy, like leggings and a tshirt. Bring a spare fleece or cardigan and a coat:)

Wear something simple but pretty. I would probably wear ripped jeans and a tee and many rings. I would recommend taking phone earphones because without them it will get boring, trust me. And also a little make up bag so that you can retouch your make up.
