A trick to make waterline liner last longer, line both the bottom AND top waterline! When we blink, the color transfers to the bare top waterline, leaving us with only half color on the bottom where we want it.💁 Lining both top and bottom helps insure the color stays where you put it! For extra staying power, use a flat liner brush and gently stamp a matching eye shadow on top of your lower waterline to set the pencil. Test this first before wearing it, if you have contacts or sensitive eyes, you may find the shadow irritating. Long wear the lower liner Ladies!!😁😘💕
