Better than sex mascara thickening?

I bought the Better Than Sex mascara for the first time and only used it twice before it got SUPER thick. I've never had a mascara get this thick so quickly. Has anyone else had this problem with this mascara? How can I revive it?

That's what I was thinking too Shanae. And I actually bought it in a set online so I couldn't return it, does anyone know a way to try and revive it? Does putting eyedrops in it help?

Try putting it in a bowl of hot water first, make sure the cap is closed. Then if it doesn't work, maybe the eye drops.. I personally wouldn't do that though.

What a shame 😥😥😥 I have that mascara and I've been currently obsessing over it I can tell you for sure mine looks no where as thick n goopy as that I do believe yours was old I hope the eye drops work because it's a really nice mascara best of luckkkk

Oh that's happened to me before. When you pull it out it seems like it doesn't have that brush inside that takes off the excess mascara? (Idk if that makes sense)... But it comes out super thick. I didn't do anything and it got fixed by itself. I'm not sure what it is but it's happened. I don't think eye drops are needed because it's not dry right?

That's what I was thinking. ^ Hot water would melt it a bit and it'll be a thinner consistency.

Mine was like that the first time I opened mine and now I barely use it because of that. I heard putting it in boiling water also helps?
