Would you be open to DIYing them? You could always buy cheap oxfords (I've bought some at Ardenes for 15 buck) and glitter and I guess modge podge or fabric glue, if you put time into them and be careful I don't see why they'd turn out bad :)

Amazon got some black glitter ones for like 15 bucks.
