How can I get gel nail polish off at home without damaging my real nails?

The only option I can think of is soaking cotton pads in acetone nail polish remover and wrapping them around your nails. Wrap tin foil around the pads and leave for 10 minutes. They should come off easily.

I agree with Hannah. :)
Also, I buff the shine off of the nail first and that allows them to soak off somewhat easier. They should just peel right off when they've been soaking long enough
