What is the best color eye shadow, eye liner, and mascara for dark brown eyes? I was also wondering what colors could make my eyes brighter?

Purples usually work! I used to always line my eyes with a lilac-purple eyeliner in high school, it really brightened my brown eyes! Nowadays you can find plum eyeliner which is a good replacement for harsh black eyeliner. As for mascara, most colored mascaras don't do the job that an actual mascara should do, haha. Stick with whatever mascara you use, just remember to curl your eyelashes :)
