Not actually a smokey eye but really pretty, Shiphrah! Personally I'd go for a pitch black smokey eye with lashes like this one. Veeery sexy.

Smokey eye, winged liner, line the bottom lash line with the same color as the dress and smudge it out, and nude lip would look perfect!
