Soak a cotton ball in acetone and place it on your nail, then wrap in aluminum foil leave that on until the gels able to be gently scratched off with a cuticle pussier

Take a nail file and gently scuff the entire surface of the gel paint. This will make the topcoat porous and allow for faster removal.
Then use the foil wrap method with 100% acetone cotton balls.
May need to repeat a few times. Also, using the cuticle pusher to remove loose polish chunks between soakings is OK.
Do not force polish off, as that will damage you nails. If it's still bonded to the nail, keep soaking until it loosens.
