I brush, then brush my teeth again with hydrogen peroxide. As long as you wait 15 minutes before eating or drinking, it's perfectly safe! :) some people freak out about using it in your mouth, but one of the uses on the bottle is "oral debriding agent". It's perfectly safe, and does whiten teeth!

I've been using the crest Noticeably White strips and so far with only using 3 I see a difference, but I've also been swishing with peroxide at night and brushing my teeth afterwards
